Summary: As soon as we have arrived, we have been warmly welcomed by host Bunty. Then off we go with our cooking experience under the professional yet friendly eye of Bunty and Mukut. Starting with the preparation of Chai Masala, we have been introduced to the preparation of dhal, paneer, rice and paratha, the preparation of which drove me insane 😍😍😍. The beauty of it alls is to understand that Indian cooking is a matter of the perfect blend of the various spices and that is a pretty fast activity. And everything has been made even nicer by the friendly atmosphere. The result was more than satisfactory and hope to be able to duplicate it at home. An experience I highly recommend
